“生血保元汤”临床疗效观察

Observations on Clinical Effects of Sheng Xue Bao Yuan Tang

作者比较中药生血保元汤和常用的升白细胞药对恶性肿瘤患者放(化)疗期间出现的白细胞减少的疗效。结果表明,生血保元汤有效率为85.3%,对照组为53.3%;二者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。此外,生血保元汤还能增进食欲,改善病人一般状况,对心、肝、肾功能无不良影响。

In this paper, the authors compared the effects of medicinal herbs, Sheng Xue Bao Yuan Tang, with those of commonly used drugs on leucopenia occurring in patients with malignant tumor during radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The results show that the effective rate is 85.3% for the former and 53.3% for the latter. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Furthermore, Sheng Xue Bao Yuan Tang can improve the patient's appetite and general condition, without exerting any adverse effects on the patient's heart, liver and kidney.
