特色数据库的建设是高校图书馆数字资源建设的一个重要方面。本文以洛阳师范学院建设“河洛文化文献专题数据库”为例,介绍了这一领域的实践与探索。

Special date-base construction is an important aspect of digital information resource de- velopment in college library.The topics of special date-base construction project,date-base construc- tion and transmission and choose of controlling platform are greatly concemed by public.This paper takes the construction of”Special Date-base for Heluo Culture's documents”of LuoYang techer's college as an example to indroduce the practice and exploration in this aspect.
