摘要
通过对焦炭塔用材 2 0g钢进行高温低周疲劳试验评定焦炭塔的剩余寿命。试验用材选用已经运行了 2 7a的焦炭塔第 3和第 4筒节处的母材 2 0g和裙座处的焊缝材料。试验分为 2组 ,每组 4个标准试样。根据曼森 科芬公式对所得的试验数据按最小二乘法回归整理 ,分别得出母材和焊缝材料的关系式为ΔεtNf0 .6 0 19=1.10 2 5和ΔεtNf0 .1812 =0 .0 15 98。据此计算出焦炭塔的剩余寿命为7.3a。
High-temperature low cycle fatigue test assessed the residual lifetime of 20g coking tower . The third and the fourth shell section patent material and the skirt weld material of 20g coking tower having been used for 27 years were selected as test material.They were divided into two teams,each team includes four standard specimens.In the light of Manson-Coffin formula and according to least square method regression arrangement derived the relation expression of parent material and weld material repectively:Δε_tN_f^(0.6019)=(1.1025) and Δε_tN_f^(0.1812)=(0.01598) respectively.It turned out that the residual lifetime of coking tower was 7.3 a.
