摘要
用可能产蓝壳蛋的旧院公鸡交褐色罗斯母鸡。其中,2只公鸡的F_1代产褐壳或白壳蛋;另4只公鸡F_1代母鸡产蓝壳蛋的占51.4%,产褐壳或白壳蛋的占48.6%(1:1)。用带有产蓝壳蛋基因的公鸡与F_1代产蓝壳蛋的母鸡杂交,F_2代母鸡产蓝壳蛋和非蓝壳蛋的分别为76.7%和23.3%(3:1)。F_1,F_2代均符合单基因分离组合的遗传规律,并对褐壳蛋呈显性遗传。
Six roosters of the breed of Jiuyuan Black Fowl expected to produce blue eggshells were testcrossed with hens of the breed of Ross Brown.The F_1 hens of two roosters all laid either brown or white eggs,The F_1 hens of the other four roosters laid eggs with blue eggshell and brown or whiteeggshell at a ratio of approximately 1:1,being 51.4%.and 48.6%of the total,respectively. Theblue egg laying F_1 hens were then backcrossed with two roosters carrying the blue egg laying gene,and 69 hens were obtained,of which 76.7%laid blue eggs and 23.3%laid non-blue eggs,at aratio of 3 :1.Chi-spuare tests from F _1 and F_2 showed that the distribution of the character ofeggshell is consistent with Mendel’ s Assortment Law for single gene conditioned characters andbrown eggshell is dominant.
