摘要
几丁质能抑制微生物对草莓的侵染,可在草莓的表面形成半透膜;阻止CO_2散失,提高草莓表面的CO_2浓度,抑制草莓的呼吸作用,减缓物质分解速度。1%~2%几丁质衍生物水溶液,可使草莓的贮存时间在常温下延长2天左右,在4~8℃条件下延长15~20天。
Treating strawberry fruits with a solution of chitin derivatives at the concentrations of 1,1. 5 and 2% extended their storage life for about 2 days under room temperature and about 15-20 days at 4 ~ 8℃. Chitin derivatives inhibited the infection of strawberry by microbes and formed a semiopermeable membrane over its surface, thus lowering the lost of carbon dioxide from the membrane, inhibiting the respiration of the fruit and resulting in slowing down the rate of catabolism of the respiratory substractes.
