摘要
用显微注射法将胡子鲶总DNA导入江团受精卵中。孵育后对转化和对照鱼的外形、适应性进行比较分析;用PAGE法比较转化与对照鱼的血清蛋白、酯酶同工酶和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的图谱。结果表明:转化江团的平均体重增加1.2%;抗车轮虫病能力提高29.4%;耐低氧能力提高27.3%、血清蛋白的PAGE图谱有明显差异;酯酶同工酶谱显著不同,LDH和酯酶的染色活性远大于对照。上述结果表明,转化江团获得了供体的某些优良遗传特性。
The morpha and adaptabilities of transformed Leiocassis longirostris Gunther (LLG) which induced the total DNA from Coarias.sp by microinjection were compared to its control.And the zymograms of serum protein, lipase isozyme and LDH isozyme were analysed with PAGE. The results showed that the average body weight of transformed LLG increased by 1.2%, the ability against Trichodina disease and low oxygen increased by 29.4% and 27.3%,respectively. There were some remarkable changes in the PAGE zymogram of serum protein and the zymogram of lipase isozyme. From these results we could conclude that the transformed LLG obtained some advantage characters from Coarias.sp.
