Preliminary Analysis of the Employment Situation of the Graduates of Shenyang Physical Education Institute in 2005 and its Countermeasures

毕业生就业率直接关系到学院的生存与发展,正确、客观分析毕业生的就业形势,结合我院毕业生的实际,提出可行性对策,从而应对激烈竞争的就业市场,促使毕业生转变就业观念,加强自身就业能力的培养,提高我院毕业生的就业率。

The graduates employment rate concerns the survival and development of our institute directly. This paper analyses the graduates employment situation correctly and objectively, combines the reality of our institute, brings forward the feasible countermeasure, thus faces the careers market of severe competition, impels graduates to change their ideas of obtaining employment, strengthens their cultivation of employment ability and improves the employment rate of the graduates of our institute.
