摘要
为保证膨胀蛭石产品的性能和质量 ,工艺试验研究的结果表明 ,采用干法选矿、锤式破碎、预先加热与快速加热相结合的煅烧制度 ,以及急速冷却等措施的生产工艺进行生产 ,可以满足对产品质量的要求。
To guarantee a good performance or quality of expanded vermiculite,the experiment study on technics were made.The results show that when the measures such as ore milling for dry process, hammer crushing, combination of pre-heating and quick heating calcinations regime and cooling with a rush are taken,the quality of product will be satisfied.
