摘要
阐述了密封铅酸蓄电池中板栅合金,极板制备和加酸量控制方法。试验电池重量和体积能量密度分别为35~37Wh/kg和93~99Wh/dm ̄3。放电率从0.05~2C范围内的Peukert直线斜率为1.12。用电阻1.5Ω短接电池21天后可用正常充电方法恢复至初始容量86%。贮存6个月后的电池容量仅损失17%。在50%DOD情况下,电池循环寿命大于500次。
grid alloy,electrode manufacture and method controlling acid amounthave been described for sealed lead/acid batteries. The gravimetric and volumetric energydensity of test batteries are 35~37 Wh/kg and 93~99 Wh/dm ̄3 respectively.The slop ofPeukert line is 1.12 in the range of discharge rates from 0. 05 C to 2 C. After the batteriesare kept closing circuit with the resistance 1.5Ω untill 21 days,the capacities can be restoredto 86% of the initial values by the normal charge method.The capacities have been only de-creased 17% after the batteries were stored for six months. The battery cycle life is morethan 500 times at the state of 50%DOD.
