摘要
对我国两个主要矿区的铝土矿进行了双流法预热条件下矿浆中含硅矿物及含钛矿物反应行为的实验研究, 考察了矿浆固含不同时含硅和含钛矿物反应行为的变化。在较长的预脱硅时间条件下, 随着矿浆固含的增加, 预脱硅效率及矿浆液相中的SiO2 浓度呈下降的趋势。在矿浆预热过程中, 脱硅效率随着矿浆固含的增加而增加, 当固含增加到一定程度时, 脱硅效率反而下降, 脱钛效率随矿浆固含的变化规律和脱硅效率相同; 矿浆液相中的SiO2 浓度随矿浆固含的增加而下降。在双流法预热条件下, 矿浆固含越高, 矿浆预热过程中含硅矿物、含钛矿物及含镁矿物的结疤速率越低。
Experimental investigation of reaction behavior of Si-containing and Ti-containing minerals in preheating process of bauxite slurry of two main mining areas in China is carried out under the condition of two stream process. The change of reaction behavior of Si-containing and Ti-containing minerals is investigated with the change of solid content of bauxite slurry. Predesilication efficiency is decreased with the increase of solid content of slurry when the predesilication time is up to a some extent. Desilication efficiency is increased with the increase of solid content of slurry, but is decreased when the solid content of slurry is increased up to a some extent in the preheating process of bauxite slurry. The relationship between reaction efficiency of Ti-containing minerals and solid content of bauxite slurry is as same as that of Si-containing minerals. And SiO_2 concentration in liquor in slurry is decreased with the increase of solid content of slurry in predisication and preheating process of bauxite slurry. The higher the solid content of bauxite slurry, the lower the scale formation of Si-, Ti- and Mg-containing minerals in preheating process under the condition of two stream process of diasporic bauxite in China.
