摘要
将聚苯乙烯制成磺化聚苯乙烯离聚体,利用相反转技术,将磺化聚苯乙烯离聚体制成具有纳米级稳定的水基微乳液,利用磺化聚苯乙烯颗粒内部作为反应场所,引发另一单体丙烯酸丁酯聚合,制备聚丙烯酸丁酯/磺化聚苯乙烯复合水基微乳液。研究了聚合过程中的影响因素,并通过FI-TR,TEM等分析仪器对体系反应前后的颗粒形态、颗粒大小、分布及结构进行了研究。
In this work, the polystyrene was modified to sulfonated polystyrene ionomer(SPS) and was emulsified to a stable polymer waterborne emulsion by using the technology of phase inversion. The internal of SPS particles in SPS waterborne emulsion was used as reaction area for the monomer butyl acrylate (BA) and the PBA/SPS hybrid emulsion has been prepared by this new technology. The factors that affect on the conversion of monomer and the diameter distribution of hybrid emulsion were completly studied. The morphology and the size of the hybrid emulsion particles were analysed by FT-IR and TEM.
