摘要
采用悬浮聚合法合成木浆纤维素交联聚合复合高吸油性材料,并测定其吸油性能指标。结果表明,采用木浆纤维素与甲基丙烯酸十六脂交联聚合,能提高聚甲基丙烯酸烷基酯类高吸油性树脂的吸油性能,所制得的吸油材料对二甲苯的饱和吸油倍率达2 3 5 g/g。
The high oil-absorbing resin consisting of crosslinked copolymer of wood fibre and cetyl methacrylate was prepared by suspension polymerization.Its properties of oil absorption were determined and evaluated.The result showed that its properties of oil absorption were better than ones of traditional poly(n-alkyl methacrylate )and its oil absorption power was 23.5(g/g)for dimethyl benzene.
