摘要 针对木材表面色差的检测问题,提出一种新型的计算机视觉检测方法,即通过建立室内计算机视觉系统,获取木材表面的彩色图像,使用直方图和均方差的方法对色差进行检测。此方法能提高木材生产加工中色差分级的自动化水平和生产效率,提高木材利用率。 Directed at the difficult problem on the chromatism of wood surface by building the colour image of the wood surface in the indoor computer vision system.Using histogram and mean square deviation to test chromatism was proposed in this pater.With this method,we can improve not only the automatic level,productivity during the course of production and processing of the wood,but also the wood utilization ratio.
