定位于苹果果实筛板上和胞间连丝通道中的单糖运载蛋白 被引量:3

摘要 一种定位于质膜上、可能具有功能的 52 kD 单糖运载蛋白同时定位于苹果果实的韧皮部筛板上和胞间连丝通道中. 筛板上和胞间连丝通道中的单糖运载蛋白的表达量随发育期而变化. 通过枝条“环剥”处理造成果实内光合同化物亏缺, 引起了韧皮部筛分子中单糖运载蛋白表达量的变化, 而果实薄壁细胞中单糖运载蛋白表达量未受影响, 表明定位于筛板上和胞间连丝通道中的单糖运载蛋白可能具有生物学功能.
