Progresses on cancer biotherapy

生物治疗已经成为肿瘤综合治疗中的第四种模式,越来越受到重视。主要包括:体细胞疗法与细胞因子疗法,肿瘤疫苗与树突状细胞,肿瘤分子靶向治疗,放射免疫靶向治疗,肿瘤基因治疗和生物化疗。现对这些治疗方法和存在问题及展望做一综述。

As malignancies become better characterized, and biotechniques against carcinoma more sophisticated, biotherapy that is considered as a fourth approach of anti-cancer is increasingly applicable to the cancer treatment. This paper details the advantage and disadvantage of such biotechniques including somatic and cytokine therapy, cancer vaccine and dendritic cells, targeted therapy, radioimmunotherapy, gene therapy, bio-chemotherapy as well as their comparative potential of anti-cancer treatment.
