摘要 目的:制备法莫替丁-β-环糊精包合物。方法:采用饱和溶液法制备其包合物,用高效液相色谱法测定包合物中法莫替丁的舍量。采用X-射线衍射法和红外光谱法鉴定包合物的形成。结果:法莫替丁与β-环糊精按物质的量比1.5∶1时包合效果最佳,包合物中法莫替丁的平均含量为(25.08±0.18)%,回收率为(91.77±2.86)%,RSD为1.65%。结论:制备法莫替丁-β-环糊精包合物的工艺简单,掩盖了其不良味道,包合成功。 Objective: To prepare the complex of famotidine-β-cyclodextrin. Methods: The famotidine was loaded onto β-cyclodextrin in a saturated solution. The loading amount of famotidine-β-cyclodextrin complex was determined by HPLC. The complex formation was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Results: The optimal complex ratio of famotidine to β-cyclodextrin was 1.5∶1. The complex of famotidine achieved a mean loading rate of (25.08±0.18)%, and the recovery of (91.77±2.86)% with RSD of 1.65%. Conclusion: The complex formation of famotidine-β-cyclodextrin is easily manipulated.
