摘要
本文介绍了近年来国内外玻璃微珠/玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯泡沫塑料的成型方法、结构形态及力学性能等方面的研究情况,特别针对该类材料的结构与性能、破坏机理及断裂特性做出了分析,指出了玻璃微珠与玻璃纤维各自的增强特性与破坏机理。最后对这类材料的发展作出了展望。
This paper introduces the molding method, structural morphology and mechanical property of cenosphere/glass fiber reinforced polyurethane foam all over the world in current years,and especially introduces the structure、failure mechanism and rupture characteristic of this kind of reinforced polyurethane foam. It also introduces the different reinforced and failure mechanism between glass fiber reinforced polyurethane foam and ceosphere reinforced polyurethane foam. In the end the author analyses this kind of materials' prospect.
