摘要
切削加工、切削运动广义地说也属于摩擦学的范畴。这里论述了切削摩擦学的特点以及它与一般摩擦学的不同。切削工具损伤的原因多种多样,发生部位、损伤形态也各不相同。通过对EPMA分析实验,指出了粘接熔接不但是切削工具磨损的原因之一,而且也是脆性损伤的一个重要原因。进而归纳、分析了以上诸方面,并对切削工具的损伤进行了分类。希望引起学术界、工程界的讨论及指正,以便今后制订相应的标准。为避免、延缓损伤,提高切削工具寿命,这里对各种损伤的一般对策作了提示。
Cutting, Cutting movement, Cutting tool's damages are all belong to the tribology in general. This paper tries to explain the characteristics of cutting tribology and the difference between cutting tribology and general tribology. The causes of the cutting tool's damage are various. In this paper, by the EPMA analysis and study, we provide the adhesion and welding not only are the cause of wear, they are also one of the important cause of chipping and fracture. The location and form of damages are also different from each other. The paper summarize and analysis all of that and deliberate for the classification of terminology of cutting tool's damage. To avoid the damages of cutting tools and extend the service life of tools, some troubleshooting are presented in general.
