摘要
高原训练作为提高运动成绩的强力手段之一,自1968年以来一直受到各国体育界人士的高度重视。然而,随着研究的深入,传统高原训练的弊端也逐渐显现,新的改良方法不断提出。综合国内外大量文献资料,以及医学、地理学对高原的分类,从高原训练的角度出发,对亚高原的概念进行了界定,并从运动训练的角度,对亚高原环境对训练的影响作了客观的分析,为高原训练的研究和实践提供了新的思路。
Altitude training is the one of the methods which can improve sports capability. Many people have paid attention to altitude training since 1968. But recently some researchers have discovered many disadvantages of traditional altitude training and put forward several new methods. The aim of this paper is to define the concept of subaltitude according to a lot of researching papers and analysis the effect of subaltitude on physical exercise, and give a new clew for the research and practice of altitude training.
