摘要
通用性和开放性是当前ATE的发展方向。文章从虚拟仪器可互换性、TPS可移植性、软件体系结构三个方面提出了构造通用自动测试设备(ATE)软件平台的关键技术和实现途径,并提出了一种通用ATE软件平台的设计方案。
General-utility and opening is the developmental trend of ATE design.In this paper,the technology and methods of design for general ATE software platform are expatiated in three aspect,such as the interchangeability of virtual instruments,the portability of TPS and the architecture of software system.A design of the general ATE software platform is introduced.
