摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定维生素C、B_1、B_2磷酸钠、B_6、B_(12)、烟酰胺、泛酸、生物素、叶酸等9种水溶性维生素的分析方法。方法:采用梯度洗脱反相高效液相色谱法,Phenomenex C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相A为0.05mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾缓冲液-乙腈(97∶3);流动相B为甲醇,检测波长210nm,流速1.0mL·min^(-1)。结果:各种维生素含量测定方法的线性关系良好,r 0.9998-0.9999,回收率99.21%-100.3%,RSD 0.39%-0.97%,用该法测定了复合维生素注射用粉针剂水乐维他的含量。结论:本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To establish RP-HPLC method for the analysis of nine water-soluble vitamins. Methods: RP-HPLC was adapted,on a column of Phenomenex C_(18)(5 μm,4. 6 mm×250 mm), gradient elution,using the mobile phase of A: 0. 05 mol·L^(-1) potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(0. 2% triethylamine,pH6. 0)-acetonitrile(97: 3) and B:methanol,at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min^(-1) and the detection wavelenth of 210 nm. Results:In the linear range the correlation coefficients ranged from 0. 9998 to 0. 9999. The average recoveries were 99. 21%-100. 3% with corresponding RSD of 0. 39%-0. 97%. This method has been successfully applied for determination of nine water-soluble vitamins in compound vitamin injection. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
