摘要
研究了由超微细Mg(OH)2和Br Sb卤素阻燃剂组成的复合阻燃体系以及两组分之间最佳的配比关系,通过采用氢氧化镁阻燃剂和复合阻燃剂对HDPE阻燃的对比实验结果表明:复合阻燃剂对HDPE热解性能、阻燃性能、物理机械性能的影响都优于氢氧化镁阻燃剂。
It studied the compounded fire-retardant system of superfine Mg(OH)2 and Br-Sb halogen flame retardant, and the optimal compounding ratio between the two ingredients. It compared the flame-retardant effects of the compounded fire-retardant and fire retardant Mg(OH)2 on HDPE. The result showed that the effects of compounded fire-retardant on flame retardant properties , mechanical properties and flame retarding mechanism(including heat release and releasing rate) were better than the effects of Mg(OH)2 on those ones.
