对我国IE教育的思考及IE人才培养模式的探讨

Thinking on China's IE Education and Discussion on IE Talent-cultivating Model

分析了我国IE教育现存的问题,结合我国实际,提出了现代IE人才应具备的三大特征,并提出了研究生层次的IE人才应是我国IE人才培养的主流。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the IE (industrial engineering) education in China, puts forward the three characteristics that modern IE talents should possess based on the actual situation in China, and points out that the post-graduate-level IE talents are the mainstream for the cultivation of IE talents in China.
