摘要
行政管理人员绩效考核是提高工作质量、实现学校整体目标的重要手段。分析了我国高职院校行政管理人员绩效考核的现状,指出了行政管理人员绩效考核中存在的问题,并提出了行政管理人员绩效考核的基本原则和方法。
Administrative personnel are important parts of higher vocational college's staff. Their performance appraisal is directly linked with the overall competitive capacity of the higher vocational college. But as an important means of improving work quality and accomplishing the college's overall goal, performance appraisal presents various problems. Following certain principles and methods is the premise of accomplishing administrative personnel's performance appraisal work and it is very important to play performance appraisal work's role.
