对健康的评价不应局限于医学生物学范畴,还应扩大到心理社会学的领域。健康是指身体、心理和社会各方面都完美的状态。因此学校的体育应该在生理、心理和社会适应三方面三管齐下,而不能偏颇其一。

The evaluation of health should not be limited in the fieleds of medicine and biology, but should be expanded to the fields of psychology and sociology. Health means perfect condition in such aspects as the body, mind and society. So physical education should be put into practice together in these aspects.
