摘要
高精度旋转抛物反射面型面均方根误差要求很严,复合材料反射面成型时须考虑模具材料的热变形。本文建立了一个方法,对理论方程进行修正。按新方程加工的模具,当加热达到复合材料的成型温度时恰好变形到理论方程型面。如配合“零膨胀”设计,在此型面成型的将是一个高质量产品。
The deviation of the mean square root is very strict for a rotation parabolic reflector of high precision. When a composite reflector is molded, the heat distortion of the mould material should be taken into consideration. The paper adopts the method to revise the theoretical equation. When the mould designed with the new equation is heated to molding temperature, the distortion meets the theoretical equation nicely. With combining zero expansion design, the high quality product will be made.
