摘要
对 4 6 0 MPa级高强度热轧带肋钢筋的生产情况、质量情况、化学成分、性能进行了研究和分析 ,结果表明 :通过控制冶炼和轧制工艺 ,并添加质量分数为 0 .10 %的钒生产的 4 6 0 MPa级热轧带肋钢筋生产工艺合理 ,钢筋的力学性能稳定可靠 ,均匀性好 ,焊接性能良好。
Theproduction, chemical composition and properties of high strength hot rolled reinforced bar of 460 MPa grade were stu died and analyzed.The results showed that technology of hot rolled reinforced b ar of 460 MPa grade produced by controlling process of smelting and rolling and alloyi ng with 0.10%V is reasonable, and its mechanical properties are stable, uniform ity and weldability is good.
