摘要
目的 :总结剖宫产后再孕经阴道分娩的处理原则。方法 :对 1987～ 2 0 0 2年间的相关文献进行复习。结果 :剖宫产后再孕是可以试经阴道分娩。结论 :剖宫产史作为再次妊娠剖宫产的指征是不合理的 ,如果无剖宫产指征 ,应给予试产。
Objective:To summarize the treatment principle of vaginal birth after cesarean section.Methods:In order to draw the conclusion through the relevant documents among 1987～2002 years.Results:Repregnant women with previous cesarean section were allowed trial of vaginal labour.Conclusion:It is unreasonable for the cesarean section history as the indication of c.s.We should try the vaginal delivery is possible.
