摘要
试验表明 ,各处理商品成熟黄瓜果实的干物质含量为 4%~ 5 % ,品种间差异不大。低肥水平下相同品种的干物质含量随着施氮量的增加而增加 ,但施肥量达到 60 kg/667m2时 ,干物质含量有所下降。随着施氮水平的升高 ,可溶性糖与 v C含量逐渐降低。在 0~ 40 kg/667m2范围内增施氮肥 ,蛋白质与氨基酸含量逐渐增加。超过 40 kg/667m2时有所下降。黄瓜果实中的氨基酸以谷氨酸含量最高 ,是影响其品质的重要因素。各种矿质元素以处理 、 含量最高。相同氮水平下 ,多以津绿 3号的可溶性糖含量最高 ,氨基酸含量品种间差异不显著。低肥水平下 ,新泰密刺的蛋白质与 v C含量最高 ,而高氮水平下 ,津绿
Effect of nitrogen levels on quality of cucumber in solar-greenhouse was studied. The result showed that the dry matters of cucumber fruits were about 4%~5%, and no obvious difference among different varieties was observed. The dry matters increased as nitrogen increased. As the nitrogen levels ascended, the dissolved sugar and vC contents descended. In the range of 0~40 kg/667 m^2, protein and amino acid contents increased gradually. When more than 40 kg/667 m^2 nitrogen was supplied, most of them decreased. Glutamic acid (GLU) content was the highest amino acid in cucumber fruit, therefore it was an important factor of cucumber quality. Most mineral element contents of treatmentⅡ or Ⅲ was the highest.Under same nitrogen level, Jinlü 3 had the highest content of sugar, but no obvious difference of amino acids among different varieties was observed. Protein and vC content of Xintaimici was the hightest under lower nitrogen levels, while those of Jinlü 3 was the highest under higher nitrogen levels.
