摘要
目的 :了解电子废物回收拆解贵屿镇儿童血铅水平 ,探讨简易、落后的电子废物回收拆解作业对当地儿童血铅的影响。方法 :采集儿童静脉血 ,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅浓度。结果 :16 5名 1~6岁儿童平均血铅水平 (15 3 .0±5 7 .9) μg/L ,81 8%儿童的血铅值≥ 10 0 μg/L ,与对照组 (6 1名 )比有统计学意义 (P <0 . 0 1)。结论 :土法电子废物回收拆解工艺造成的环境污染已影响当地儿童的血铅水平 ,清洁生产、环境整治以及健康教育刻不容缓。
Objective:To investigate the children's blood lead level in electronic wastes recycling and disposing district,and to discuss the effect of electronic wastes contamination on children's blood lead level.M ethods: Vein blood lead concentr ation was detected by graphite atomizer absorption spectrophotometer.Resu lts: The mean blood lead level for 165 children(aged from 1 to 6)was (153.0±57.9)μg/L.The children's(81.8%)blood lead level exce eded 100?μg/L,being significantly higher than that of control group (n=61)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The most children lived in electroni c waste recycling and demanufacturing district have elevated blood lead level.
