摘要
16名青少年女子铅球运动员分为训练量减少 2 0 %组 (175 .7± 4 .5cm ,90 .7± 19.1kg ,16 .3± 1.8y)和减少 6 0 %组 (175 .5± 9.5cm ,84 .9± 13.7kg ,15 .7± 1.2 y) ,进行 3周的减量训练 ,测试减量训练前后运动员机能状态和专项成绩的变化。结果表明 ,6 0 %组的运动员运动成绩高峰出现在第 2周 ,并且提高的幅度 (3.7% )较减量 2 0 %组提高的幅度大 (2 .9% )。训练量减少的幅度影响运动员机能变化周期的长短 ,减量少时最佳成绩出现的晚 ,减量多则最佳成绩出现的早。血尿素。
junior female shot putters are divided into two groups.Three weeks tapering of two groups is observed,which group one (175.7±4.5cm,90.7±19.1kg,16.3±1.8ys) reduces 20% training volume,group two reduces 60% training volume.The change of Body function condition and specific performance is measured before and after tapering.The result shows that the peak performance is at second week after tapering for group one,and performance of group one (3.7%) increases higher than that of group two (2.9%).The range of tapering influences the period of body function.Tapering for less makes best performance appearing late,while tapering for more makes best performance appearing early.The value of BU and CK is sensitive indexes to evaluate the effect of tapering.
