磷钼络合物法与β-胡萝卜素-亚油酸法测定海藻脂类成分抗氧化活性的比较 被引量:36

Comparison of the determination of antioxidative activity of lipophilic extracts from seaweeds by phosphomolybdenum complex assay and β-carotene-linoleate assay systems

摘要   利用磷钼络合物法对青岛沿海16种海藻的脂类成分进行了抗氧化活性研究,并与β-胡萝卜素-亚油酸法的测定结果进行了比较。结果表明:所研究海藻的乙醚提取物均具有一定程度的抗氧化活性,其中松节藻和鸭毛藻的抗氧化活性最强,与人工合成抗氧化剂BHT、PG相比,在相同浓度条件下活性明显高于BHT,与PG相当。磷钼络合物法与β-胡萝卜素-亚油酸法测定的数种海藻抗氧化活性强弱顺序大致相同,表明两种测定方法具有较好的正相关性。 Lipophilic extracts from 16 species of seaweeds collected along the Qingdao coastline were screened and evaluated for their antioxidant activities using the phosphomolybdenum assay and compared with those previously determined by the β-carotene-linoleate assay. The diethyl ether soluble extracts of all selected seaweeds exhibited various degrees of antioxidative property in each screen. The highest antioxidant capacities among the tested samples were observed for Rhodomela confervoides and Symphyocladia latiuscula and were comparable with that of the well-known antioxidants, propyl gallate and greater than that of butylated hydroxytoluene. The comparative study between the two test methods demonstrated the significant correlation between the phosphomolybdenum method and the β-carotene-linoleate assay, that is, samples that had high antioxidant activity in the phosphomolybdenum complex assay system showed a tendency to also have high antioxidant activity in the β-carotene-linoleate assay system.
