摘要
应用甲醇-水为流动相,在反相C(18)柱上建立了山植中熊果酸含量测定的高效液相色谱法,以乙醚为溶剂处理样品具有提取率高、色谱干扰小的优点,本法简便易行、快速准确,其最小检出限为0.4μg,不同浓度水平测定结果的日内、日间相对标准偏差不大于4.0%。
This paper reported the determination of usolic acid in crataegus pinnatifida Bge var major N. E .Br using RP-HPLC, the separation was achieved by applying an Ultrasphere-ODS 4. 6× 250mm (sμm)column and methanol-water (97∶ 3) as mobile phase at a flow rato of 0.8ml/min. The UV detector was set at 215nm. External standard method was applied. The linear range was 100~ 1500μg/ml with the lower limit of detection of 0. 4μg. It was found to be effielent and low interference to extract the samples with ether.
