摘要
“喀斯特”课堂教学模式 ,是一种以教材为基础 ,以构建为前提 ,以讲授为引导 ,以自学为依托 ,以效益为目标的教学模式。其理论依据是教育心理学中的认知主义、人本主义与建构主义。它遵循“以学生为中心”的教学理念 ,通过选取少而精的内容作为讲授、引导的教学切入点 ,由此发散开去 ,激发学生强烈的听课兴趣和业务钻研的愿望 ,通过制度设计与安排 ,引导、鼓励、督促学生积极、主动地搜集、阅读课外专业书籍、资料 ,努力构建富有个性的知识体系 ,形成独特的观察、思考、分析、解决问题的方式、方法 。
The Caster mode is a teaching mode with the textbook as the basis, construction as the precondition, teaching as the guidance, self-study as the support, and class efficiency as the aim. This theory is based on cognitivism, humanism and constructivism in the educational psychology. It follows the idea of student-centered teaching. It aims to help students to establish individual knowledge systems and develop unique patterns of observation, reasoning, analysis and solution, which will lead to creativity. To achieve this aim, the Caster teaching mode emphasizes the following two points: Teachers should select and teach essential materials to students as a guidance to activate their interest in study; Teachers should guide, encourage, and supervise students to read major-related books positively and actively after class by means of a plan.
