摘要
焊接工件的温度场决定了焊接应力场和应变场, 是影响焊接质量和生产率的主要因素。因此对焊接过程中的温度场分布进行测量就显得极为重要。但是传统的测温方法在焊接测温中难以实施。针对真空电子束钎焊温度场的实时监测, 讨论了基于彩色CCD(电荷耦合器件) 的焊接温度场三基色测温方法, 运用数字图像处理技术得到焊接温度场分布。并就该方法的误差来源进行了分析, 给出了系统的校正方法和标定方式。在某焊接现场进行了验证性试验, 结果表明, 系统具有快速准确的特点, 为提高焊接质量和生产率提供了一个有效的工具。
The temperature field of welding workpiece determines the stress field and strain field ,and it is also the main factor affecting the weld quality and production rate. So measuring the temperature field during the process of welding is very important. But the conventional measurement method is difficult to execute. Aiming at the real-time monitoring the temperature field of VEBB, there is introduced the method that rebuilds the temperature field of welding by applying the digital image processing technology based on the tricolour method and color CCD.The error source of this method is analyzed and the error compensation is made. The experimental result indicates the potential of this method for its convenience and high precision, and supplying a useful tool to improving the quality and production rate.
