茨菇等几种水生作物栽培史考

Cultivation History of Arrowhead (Sagittaria sagittifolia ) and Some Other Aquatic Crops

茨菇等水生作物是我国南方重要的辅助食物 ,但对它们的栽培历史和起源问题少有研究。本文根据野生种的现代分布结合历史文献记载 ,以及它们生长的环境要求 ,对这些作物的起源作了简单的考察。

Arrowhead and some other aquatic plants are important supplement food or vegetables in the south China, but there is still little research on their origin and cultivated history. In this paper, their cultivation origin is studied by means of investigation of the modern distribution of their wild species,the ecological situation where these plants grow, archaeological data and their historical records as well.
