摘要 利用生物酶的专一性、高效性、处理条件的温和性和环境保护等优点,采用冷轧堆退煮一浴再氧漂的两步法前处理工艺,对六种纯棉织物的生物酶冷轧堆前处理进行了研究.结果表明,某些品种的纯棉织物采用生物酶冷轧堆前处理工艺,可以达到传统的前处理效果.酶轧堆退煮处方为L-2000淀粉酶2 g/L,Bipprep 3000L果胶酶0.5 g/L,尿素5~10 g/L,渗透剂TX 2~4 g/L,堆置时间为4~8 h;漂白工艺中,H2O2 20~25 g/L,渗透剂TX 3 g/L和TL 3 g/L混用,98~100 ℃汽蒸60 min. Making use of the merits of enzymes such as specialty, efficiency, mild treatment conditions, as well as the friendly environment, two-step process of enzymatic cold pad-batch followed by peroxide bleaching were carried out for six cotton fabrics. The results show that some of the cotton fabrics can reach the effects as that of conventional method. Enzyme batching-up and desizing recipe is L-2000 amylase 2 g/L, Biprep 3000L pectase 0.5g/L, urea 5~10g/L, penetrant TX 2~4g/L, dwelling for 4~8 hours; the bleaching recipe is H 2O 2 20~25g/L, mixture of penetrant TX 3g/L and TL 3g/L, steaming at 98~100℃ for 60 minutes, the pretreated product features excellent whiteness and capillary effect.
