摘要
目的:观察四氯化碳 (CCl4 )致肝纤维化大鼠的Ⅳ型胶原水平和超微结构的动态变化。方法:采用CCl4 后腿皮下注射复制大鼠肝纤维化模型。结果:模型组大鼠病理片呈肝纤维化变,贮脂细胞增生活跃,有较大量的IV型胶原沉积。超微结构可见大量的胶原纤维生成和成纤维细胞。结论:CCl4 肝纤维化大鼠 3周的胶原沉积量并不高, 6周起胶原纤维沉积量逐渐增大,并向肝细胞延伸。从 9周开始分割肝小叶,在第 12周已有假小叶生成。
Objective: To observe the deposit of IV-collagen and ultrastructure of liver in rats with hepaticfibrosis in a dynamic state. Method: The fibrosis liver model was set up by hypodermic injection of carbon tetrachloride. Result : Hepaticfibrosis appeared,fat-storing cells( FSCs) actively proliferated and the deposit of IV-collagen gradually increased in rat liver. Under electro microscope ,A great quantity collagerous fibers and many FSCs were found out. Conclusion : Hepaticfibrosis result from CCl 4 is a gradual course. The deposit of IV-collagen obviously increases in 6th week, and gradually extents to liver cells. Hepatic lobules separated by collagerous fibers in 9th week, and pseudolobuli formed in 12th week.
