低温超音速火焰喷涂铜涂层性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 在多功能超音速火焰喷涂的基础上,通过液料送粉器和氮气对喷涂焰流进行降温,实现低温超音速火焰喷涂制备了铜涂层,并进行了涂层X射线衍射、SEM形貌分析、能谱分析、结构分析和涂层导电性能研究。结果表明,涂层没有相变,结构稳定、致密性好、导电性能优良,体积电阻率达到7.6875×10-10Ω·m。 Based on the multifunctional high velocity oxygen/air spray(KY - HVO/AF), the low temperature HVO/AF technology was realized with the cooling of the liquid feed stock and the nitrogen. Microstructure and properties of the prepared coating was investigated using XRD, SEM, EDS. The results show that little phase transformation was found, the structure was stable, conductivity of coatings was good and the volume resistivity reached 7. 687 5 × 10-10Ω·cm.
