摘要
对在气相色谱法中,油脂的衍生化与酸度的关系等进行了探讨,认为油脂衍生化条件的选择与其酸度大小有着密切的关系。这对用气相色谱法测定油脂脂肪酸组成中油脂衍生化条件的选择这一关键步骤有参考价值。
This article discussed oil derivatization and acidity in gas chromatography. It thinks that there are close relations befween the choice of the biochemical condition and its acidity. This contributes much to the key step of terms biochemical choice of fatty acid with gas chromatogram.
