摘要
经研究将测定黄姜中薯蓣皂甙元含量的方法改进为微量浸提分光光度法。此法采用微量样品以无水酒精浸提代替传统的回流抽提法, 以香兰素-浓硫酸作显色剂, 冰醋酸作溶剂, 在460NM处测定薯蓣皂甙元的含量。与传统的重量法、抽提分光光度法相比较, 此法测定方法简便, 结果准确, 成本低, 效率高。
Based on the traditional determination method of Diosgenin , a new rapid determination method of Diosgenin in Dioscorea zingiberensis, microscale extration spectrophotography, was established through research. The traditional method of return flow extraction was replaced by the new method in which the micro sample was lixiviated in anhydrous alcohol. In this new method, the composition of the color-developing agent is anisaldehyde and vitriol, and the solvent is glacial acetic acid. The Absorption of the sample was measured at the wavelength of 460 nm by a spectrophotometer, then the Diosgenin content of the sample was determined according to the standard curve. Compared with the traditional determination method of Diosgenin such as weight method and extraction spectrophotography method , the new method is simple, accurate, low-cost and high-efficient.
