Discussion on Aesthetics of Water Engineering

目前有些水工程在建设中出现诸如选址不当、规模不适、流程不畅、造型不美、环境不佳等现象,其原因就是未能按照工程建设的规律行事,更为突出的是不能按美学规律进行建设。因此,开展水工程美学的研究,提高水工程的规划、设计和建造水平,具有十分重要的意义。

Presently, there are some undesirable practices in water engineering construction such as site selection, capacity, flow, configuration, and environment. It is because that the water engineering fails to be conducted according to the building law, and particularly, to the requirement of aesthetics. Therefore, it is of important significance to improve the level in the fields of planning, design, and construction.
