J-200-1D室温固化环氧树脂胶粘剂的研制 被引量:15

摘要 采用自制的含有改性芳胺结构的复合固化剂,使环氧树脂胶适用期延长,固化速度加快。同时对环氧树脂增韧剂的添加量进行了考查,对比了其剪切强度和剥离强度,结果表明聚氨酯预聚体对环氧树脂进行改性比较理想,室温剪切强度可达30. 6MPa,剥离强度可达5. 1kN·m-1。通过进一步对胶粘剂的固化条件、耐介质性能及耐湿热老化性能的考查,说明J -200- 1D胶粘剂具有优异的工艺性能及耐候性能。 Using a self-made combined curing agent containing aromatic amine structure the pot life was extended and the curing rate was increased for the epoxy adhesive. Examining the effect of toughener amount and comparing the shear strength and the peel strength, the results showed that the modifying of epoxy resin with polyurethane prepolymer was satisfied, and the shear and peel strengths at room temperature can come to 30.6 MPa and 5.1KN·m -1, respectively. The tests of curing condition, resistance to medium and hydrothermal ageing showed that the J-200-1D adhesive has excellent processing properties and resistance to weathering.
