内耳病的基因治疗
摘要
介绍基因治疗应用于耳蜗的历史,就基因转导载体、耳蜗基因治疗效果和载体导入路径等方面研究成果进行综述和评价,并探讨今后耳蜗基因治疗的发展方向。
