摘要 导游员职业倦怠对他们的生理、心理和行为各方面产生了消极影响,导游员职业倦怠产生的压力源分别是生理条件、工作环境、人际关系、经济收入、职业生涯和社会支持缺乏,必须从导游员自身和旅行社两方面入手消解其职业倦怠。 The job burnout of the tour guides has a negative influence on their physical condition,their minds and their behavior .It mainly originates from the six following aspects : physical condition, working surroundings ,personal relationship ,economic income ,job career and lack of social support . We should solve this problem both from the tour guides themselves and the travel agency.
