摘要 在石油机械中,尽管“O”型密封圈的使用较广泛,但它在密封中却以摩擦力大而令人烦恼。组合式密封装置是一种新型低摩擦力的密封装置,它既保持了“O”型密封圈的优点,又克服了“O”型密封圈的不足。阐述了组合式密封装置的密封原理与结构。运用材料力学理论和赫芝接触理论,对密封过程中该装置的密封环和“O”形密封圈进行了受力分析,找出了影响该密封装置产生摩擦力的因素,从而推导出由该装置引起的摩擦力的计算公式,为该密封装置的结构设计提供了理论指导。 In petroleum equipment, ever if 'O' sealing rings have been widely used,it is considered to be the user's headache for the high friction. But built-up sealing device,a newly developed one has the advantage of the 'O' type and gets rid of its disadvantage. The sealing principle of this sort of device is described with the introduction of its structure. Analysis is performed on the pressure developed on the sealing ring or 'O' type sealing ring of the device in the course of sealing with the theory of mechanics of material and Herz contaction theory, finding out the factor which causes the device to develop friction thus working out the, equation for calculating the friction caused by the device, with theorectical instruction provided for the sealing device design.
