摘要
在新的世纪 ,我国教师教育面临诸多挑战 ,教师教育只有实现跨越式的超前发展 ,集学术性与师范性于一身 ,从培养目标、培养规格、课程体系、培养模式等方面进行真正意义的创新 ,才能确保培养未来教育所需要的教师 ,才能真正确保科教兴国战略目标的实现。本文提出的观点 ,可能超越太多 ,过于超前 。
Since in the 21st century China's normal education are confronted with many new challenges,it should aim at the future requirements in which academic study is integrated with teacher's training,and calls for innovation with true sense on its cultivation goals,cultivation specifications,curriculum system,cultivation modes and etc.Only thus,the teachers qualified for future education could be obtained,and the strategy on making our country strong by way of science and technologies could be fully realized.Though this essay emphasizes much more on future than on reality,it indeed points out the necessity of China's normal education development,that is,China's normal education should be innovated gradually.
