摘要
目的研究桂枝汤降压的作用机制。方法采用放免法,观察桂枝汤全方及其降压有效部位E(Fr.E)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血浆、下丘脑及主动脉中内皮素(ET)、神经降压素(NT)含量的影响。结果Fr.E能明显对抗SHR主动脉中ET含量的升高及下丘脑中NT含量的下降;桂枝汤全方能明显降低SHR主动脉中ET含量的升高。结论桂枝汤及Fr.E对上述血管活性物质的影响可能是其降压作用的机制之一。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of Guizhi decoction on lowering blood pressure in SHRs. METHODS: By radioimmuno-precipitation assay, the contents of ET and NT in SHR plasma, hypothalamus and aorta were measured after Guizhi decoction and active fraction (Fr. E) were administered, respectively. RESULTS: Fr. E administered orally obviously decreased the content of ET in SHR arota, increased NT content in hypothalamus and Guizhi decoction decreased the content of ET in SHR arota. CONCLUSION: Guizhi decoction and Fr. E decreased blood pressure in SHRs by effecting the contents of ET and NT.
