摘要
目的 合成新型肠溶包衣材料醋酸羟丙基甲基纤维素酞酸酯(HPMCAP) ,并分析其结构特征和性能。方法 采用红外光谱、热重分析和化学分析等方法进行表征,测试HPMCAP在有机溶剂中的溶解情况、黏度、抗张强度和极限伸长率,并与日本的醋酸羟丙基甲基纤维素琥珀酸酯样品AS -LG进行比较。结果 HPMCAP中邻苯二甲酰基、乙酰基的含量与加入酸酐的量密切相关;二氯甲烷/乙醇等混合溶剂是HPMCAP的良溶剂;HPMCAP低于1 5 0℃时对热稳定,高于此温度后快速失重。结论 其物化性质与日本样品AS -LG接近。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize and analyze the novel enteric-coating material hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate phthalate(HPMCAP). METHODS The structure and properties of HPMCAP was analyzed by IR, TGA and chemical analysis. The solubility of HPMCAP in organic solvents,viscosity curves for the acetone-ethanol-water system, tensile strength and ultimate elongation of free films prepared by HPMCAP were determined,compared with AS-LG. RESULTS The content of carboxybenzoyl groups and acetyl groups in HPMCAP was related with the addition of two anhydrides.Dichloromethane-ethanol system was the excellent solvent for HPMCAP. HPMCAP was stable below 150℃ but lost weight quickly above 150℃. CONCLUSION The physical and chemical properties of HPMCAP are almost the same as those of AS-LG.
