摘要
在现代医院管理中,无论是ISO9001质量管理方案、JCI(国际医院评审),还是等级医院的评审,无疑都是贯彻一个以病人为中心的服务,从不同角度满足病人的健康需求,因此在医院保障健康和挽救生命的医疗活动中,可及和连贯的病人服务显得尤为重要。笔者介绍医院在评估病人医疗需求与医院宗旨和服务内容是否符合的基础上,使病人得到合适的可及性医疗服务。医院设计及实施各种流程,包括病人出院、转院、转诊和随访服务,为病人提供连贯的服务,并协调医务人员之间的工作。
The service of 'taking patients as a center' and meeting their needs in a full scale is the kernel of ISO9001, JCI and hospital class appraisals in m odern hospital management. Therefore, rapid and consistent service for patients is vital in the hospital's medical activities of ensuring health and saving live s. The author advances that hospitals provide the patients with rapid and proper service on the basis of accordance of their needs and the aim and service conte nts of hospitals. Hospitals should design and enforce the flow sheet to provide them with consistent service and mediate the work among doctors and nurses. Besi des, hospitals should provide patients with service of discharge, transfer, and follow-up.
